Rory Jackson
Founder & President

Rory Jackson is an Artist form Vermont and created the vision of the Trinity Yard School while living in Cape Three Points in 2001. He has lead the organization since its formal recognition in 2007, and believes in cultivating community that works to preserve culture, sustainable farming practices and youth empowerment. Rory has two boys, Judah and Jahlani and spends his time painting, surfing, traveling and coaching soccer.

Bob Evans
Board Member

After 21 years as a Partner at Wellington Management Co. founding and leading their global fixed income business, Bob now spends his time investing in Social and Environmental Impact opportunities and advising multiple startups and NGO’s focused on Africa.  He is a Mentor at Techstars and The Conduit as well as a member of the London leadership team at Singularity University and The Katapult.  He has been part of the school since the inaugural year in 2008, and has inspired our apiary program, as a beekeeper general lover of nature.

Andrew Jackson
Board Member

Andrew Jackson, a lawyer in Vermont, assisted in the formation of Trinity Yard Ltd. and the approval of the 501(c)(3) tax exempt status for the entity.  He has been on the board since its inception and has been visiting Cape Three points to assist in capital improvement projects including the construction of the main school building in 2012.

John DaCosta
Board Member

John is a retired Partner of the Wellington Management Company, where he spent 27 years in various trading related functions. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Connecticut and is currently coaching a boys high school soccer team in the Boston area. John was born in Portugal, is passionate about education, travel, soccer, history, mentoring and empowering young people. John and his wife Chrysa have two sons: Evan, a senior at the University of Notre Dame and Eric, a freshman and soccer player at Occidental College, Los Angeles, California.

Jordyn Wells
Board Member

Jordyn is a nonprofit consultant and the Managing Director of WMI, an international education and leadership organization. Jordyn has spent 10+ years in the nonprofit sector, previously serving as the Chief Program Officer of Shining Hope for Communities and DoSomething.org. 

Jordyn holds a BA from Bard College and a MS in nonprofit management from Columbia University.
